SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Tello Jewellers offers free shipping to Canada and the United States. All orders are securely packaged and fully insured for their full value while in transit.

  • Standard delivery: FedEx (3–5 business days).
  • Overnight delivery: available at an additional cost, determined by the item value and required insurance.
  • We insure and register every shipment for its full value and use FedEx for the safest delivery of high-value packages.
  • Deliveries are made to a physical home or business address only (no PO Boxes).
  • An adult signature is required for all packages.
  • International shipping is available upon request, contact us for a quote.

EXCHANGES & TERMS

Please note: we do not offer refunds, exchanges only. Exchanges must be requested and received by Tello Jewellers within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange, items must:

  • Be in undamaged, unworn, and resalable condition, with original packaging.
  • Include any original certificates or lab grading reports for diamond jewellery. (If a lab report is not provided, a $100 documentation fee may apply.)
  • Not show signs of alteration or repair by another jeweller.

Items shipped back beyond the 14-day window, returned damaged, improperly packaged, or uninsured will not be accepted. Custom design orders are not refundable; they may be exchanged or replaced with an in-store credit at our discretion.

To arrange an exchange: contact our team and we will provide return instructions. Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a secure, trackable, insured courier.
